In partnership with Mastercard Foundation, Arabuko Limited is implementing the Aggregator Enhancement Program in Kenya. The program will work with young small scale holder farmers and aggregators in Kenya, especially young women, providing them with relevant skills and market linkages to enable creation of employment opportunities for young people in the agricultural value chain.
The program aims at empowering young women and men between the ages of 18 to 35 years by training them to become polished entrepreneurs hence creating job opportunities across the various agricultural value chains.
Young Women Empowerment
Empowering young women to become polished entrepreneurs through capacity building and linking them to markets for their products and aggregators for quality inputs.
Train & Empower Aggregators
Enable aggregators formally register their businesses so as to have a competitive advantage, as well as to offer quality training to farmers on proper farming techniques.
Form the YWSEA Association
Formation of the Young Women Suppliers and Exporters Association.

Selection Criteria
18-35 Years
Persons aged 18-35. Programme will be inclusive of refugees and persons living with disabilities

Location
Should come from counties; Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, Makueni and Nairobi
Commitment
Should be willing to be in the program for one year consistently.
