What we do

Aggregation: from thousands of small farms
to one dependable delivery

Buying fresh produce at scale in Kenya usually means juggling brokers, unpredictable quality and prices that change by the day. Arabuko fixes that. We aggregate produce from smallholder farmers, grade it, and deliver it in bulk — giving you farm-fresh produce with the consistency and accountability of a single professional supplier.

01

Source directly

We buy from 1,500+ vetted smallholder farmers across Kenya’s growing regions — at fair farm-gate prices.

02

Consolidate

Our network of 60+ trained aggregators bulks produce at collection points close to the farms.

03

Grade & quality-check

Every batch is sorted, graded and checked against food safety standards before dispatch.

Orders arrive at your institution, store or export consolidation point — on schedule, every time.

Our social enterprise

A commercial business that grows opportunity

Arabuko is a commercial agribusiness first — and that is exactly what makes our impact sustainable. Every bulk order creates dependable demand for smallholder farmers.

Through the Aggregator Enhancement Program, implemented in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, we train young people — especially young women — in agribusiness, food safety and market access. We also helped establish the Young Women Aggregators Association of Kenya (YWAAK), a platform for young women in agriculture to network, trade and grow together.
