Founded in 2016, Arabuko Limited has grown from a sole proprietorship into a fresh produce aggregation and market access company — supplying institutions, businesses and homes across Kenya, and exporting East African horticulture to the world.

Our story

From one founder to a farmer network across three countries

Arabuko started in 2016 with a simple conviction: the people who grow East Africa’s food deserve reliable markets, and the people who buy it deserve reliable supply. Today we are a limited liability company partnering with farmers across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

Our core business is aggregating fresh farm produce and supplying it to institutions, business organisations and homes — alongside a growing horticultural export operation. We benchmark our food handling against ISO 22000, HACCP and GLOBAL G.A.P., and supply produce that meets FAO and EFSA standards. That discipline is what has earned us the trust of major facilities and institutions.

And because we buy directly from smallholder farmers at fair prices, every order our clients place strengthens the communities that grow their food.
